A. Please confirm purchase before completing any transaction.
B. All HOLD requests by e-mail or telephone are good for 3-days. If the
buyer commits to the transaction, the item will be held until payment is received.
Otherwise the HOLD expires and will be removed.
C. Items paid for by personal check, money order, cashier check or certified check will be shipped immediately. Credit Cards are not accepted! Money transfer without fees is acceptable Fee based PayPal will
not be accepted.
D. A 5-day inspection period is offered with a
reasonable extension (1 weeks) on Confederate items for third party authentication; after which, all sales are final.
E. Any item, except Lay-Away purchases, may be returned for a refund within the time period listed if in same condition as sent, after which all sales are final. There is a 10% restocking fee to cover shipping and packaging cost.
F. All walk-in show sales are final by close of day.
G. All transactions involving trade deals are final, no returns.
H. SHIPPING - Please include enough money to cover shipping within the United States: $45
minimum for one sword, pistol of knife. Muskets are heavy and more expensive and the following is the shipping cost based on the desired carrier: USPS $80.00; USP $90.00; FEDEX $100.00. For multiple items, shipping will be calculated on the total weight.
I. Shipping to Canada will be based on the weight of the package and shipping address. Shipping to all European countries will be via US Postal and will be calculated based on the country and package size plus an additional $50.00 service fee. No sales to Asia.
J. Insurance is the buyers responsibility! It is calculated at $10 for each $1000.00 of coverage rounded up to the next lever when over the $1000.00 price point. If Insurance is not requested and paid for, coverage is the buyers responsibility.
K. Shipping via US Postal Priority Mail unless specified
otherwise.
L. I offer a 60 day Lay-Away program with 1/3 initial down payment
and final
payment due within 60 days. Due to time factors there are no price discounts on layaways. The lay-away plan requires a deposit within 7 days of placing
an order with balance due within 60 days. Deposits are non-refundable.
M. Lay-Away purchased not completed by the 60th day will be
considered canceled unless prior arrangements have been made. Be sure you
genuinely want an item before laying it away as there is no return privilege
on lay-away items due to the long time period merchandise is tied up.

Lay-Away Deposits are non-refundable. Orders canceled prior to final payment will incur a 10%
restocking fee
of the original sale price with the balance retained as credit towards a future purchase to be made within 60 days or all funds are forfeited.
O. Due to price fluctuation in the Relic business, no "Appraisal
Service" is offered or provided.

CONSIGNMENT: I will
gladly take and list items on consignment for a listing fee of 5% of the
original asking sale price, and a 15% commission of the final sale price.
Consignment period will be for 6-months, after which the item will be returned
or can be extended on consignment at the cost of the original listing fee.
Shipping fee, to & from, is the owner’s responsibility. If the owner
of an unsold consignment item fails to make arrangements for its return or
consignment extension after a period of 18 months, the item will be
considered abandon and retained by Arizona Swords as compensation for lost
storage, listing and commission fees.
