Terms

1. Please confirm purchase before completing any transaction.
2. Any item will be held 5 days on an e-mail or telephone call.
3. Items paid for by money order, cashier check or certified check will be shipped immediately and came with a 5-day inspection period
4. Any item, except Lay-Away purchases, may be returned for a full refund (except shipping and insurance) within 5-days if in same condition as sent, after which all sales are final.  
5. If you wish to have any of my Confederate blades inspected by a third party to confirm authenticity, I will gladly extended the inspection/return period.
6. Credit cards accepted using PayPal with an additional  3% service fee: Please confirm purchase before completing a transaction.
7. Items will be held until a personal check clears the bank, no more then ten days (10-days).
8. Please include enough money to cover shipping and insurance.  $20. minimum.   $30+  for heavy and more expensive items such as muskets, multiple swords, etc.
9. Shipping via UPS or DHL ground unless specified otherwise.
10. I offer a 60 day Lay-Away program with 1/3 initial down payment and final payment due within 60 days. The layaway plan requires a deposit within 7 days of placing an order with balance due within 60 days.   Deposits are non-refundable.   
11. Lay-Away orders canceled prior to final payment will incure a 10% restocking fee with the balance retained as credit towards another future purchase.
12. Lay-Away purchased not competed by the 60th day will be considered canceled.
13. Be sure you genuinely want an item before laying it away as there is no return privilege on lay-away items due to the long time period that merchandise is tied up.

15. Best time to call: all day Saturday, Sunday & Monday, and 8AM - 3PM Tuesday-Friday.
