Any item will be held 5 days on an e-mail or telephone call
request.

Items paid for by credit card, PayPal, money order, cashier check or certified check will be shipped immediately. Credit Cards will be accepted for all purchases via my
Intuit account. PayPal will
not be accepted to purchase firearms!
D.
Any item, except Lay-Away purchases, may be returned for a full
refund (except shipping and insurance) within 5-days if in same condition as
sent, after which all sales are final.
E.
A 5-day inspection period is offered with a
reasonable extension (2 weeks) on Confederate blades for third party authentication; after which, all sales are final.
F.
All transactions involving a trade of merchandise are final with
no returns.
G.
Items will be held until a personal check clears the bank, no more
than ten days (10-days).
H.
Please include enough money to cover shipping and insurance within the United States: $25
minimum, $35+ for heavy and more expensive items such as muskets, multiple
swords, etc. Shipping to Canada will be based on the weight of the package and shipping address. Shipping to all other European countries will be a flat rate of $65.00, for swords and $75.00 muskets, multiple
swords, etc, and $75.00 & $85.00 for all others countries.

Shipping via US Postal Priority 2-Day Mail unless specified
otherwise.

I offer a 60 day Lay-Away program with 1/3 initial down payment
and final
payment due within 60 days. The lay-away plan requires a
deposit within 7 days of placing
an order with balance due within 60 days. Deposits are non-refundable.
K.
Lay-Away orders canceled prior to final payment will incur a 15%
restocking fee
with the balance retained as credit towards another future
purchase.
L.
Lay-Away purchased not completed by the 60th day will be
considered canceled unless prior arrangements have been made. Be sure you
genuinely want an item before laying it away as there is no return privilege
on lay-away items due to the long time period merchandise is tied up.
M.
CONSIGNMENT: I will gladly take and
list items on consignment for a listing fee of 5% of the original asking sale price plus 15% of the final sale price.
N.
