This is a Fake Froelich  Officers' Sword.  Look closely at the grip, if it is over-sized and it is wrong. Also check  for the correct Roman numerals on the sword and scabbard.  If it looks to new it most likly is new.  Also, don't let patina fool you, it can be faked as well.
